A/R Technologies designs training and collection programs to address clients’ individual needs. We believe in individual client certification, which means that we isolate collectors based on measured strengths and performance, and train them on your specific paper with your specific guidelines.

We customize a training manual for you, which will include the collection strategy and guidelines we create together. It would include copies of your applications and/or agreements, a profile of your "typical debtor", common responses and questions, immediate asset verification procedures, amount of phone calls per week, judgment filing, credit reporting, skip tracing, letters, etc. We create mandatory work parameters, which are monitored and scored daily. If a collector fails to perform what is required, they are pulled from the client's business.

There will never be a collector working your business who is not “ Certified". We do this for all of our major clients.
